SPECIALIZATION

I represent clients who are selling or purchasing residences and waterfront property within the City of Rochester and the Towns of Pittsford, Brighton, Webster, Irondequoit, Penfield and Perinton. I stay current of all transactions in these areas, including new construction.

I also provide services to clients who are selling, leasing or purchasing commercial properties within Monroe County and throughout New York State. I focus my commercial work in the areas of mixed use and brownfield redevelopment.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Prior to my real estate career, I spent many years with Eastman Kodak Company in sales and marketing, followed by an appointment in Monroe County government. From this experience, I clearly understand how to meet my clients' needs and exceed their expectations, a concept that translates directly to my relationships with my real estate clients.

PERSONAL

I have lived nearly two decades in Rochester, after moving to the area in 1988. As a long term and active resident of Rochester, I understand the local real estate market, and can provide my clients with the insight and in-depth support needed to successfully complete their selling or buying experience.

My Current hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, playing tennis and volunteering with various women's groups and organizations.
